I used to have one, but I quit.
Now I have one again. It keeps me motivated, though I've never really stopped exercising.
But if I write it down, I feel I do something useful and maybe I don't skip exercising some days.
I mean. This is good for me. I've been swimming today and the usual crunches and such.
I love to exercise, relaxing and a fantastic feeling after.
I miss the gym, I do. But traveling 1,5 hours for it. No thank you. I'll be back when school starts in August. It will be great.
