Pain Tuesday

I woke up at 3.40 (!) with a terrible headache. Never ever had a headache that bad before.
It was so terrible. I couldn't go back to sleep, I just cried.
I took a painkiller that wouldn't help.
Finally at 5.30 I fell asleep again and when I woke up it was a bit better..
Thank god, but it still hurts a little.
Do you know any fantastic painkillers?
